Who is responsible

The site is operated by EduPeach L.L.C-FZ ("EduPeach", "we"). Identity and contact details: see company information.

What this site collects

No tracking cookies. EduPeach does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use local storage for tracking. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies to protect the site.
No analytics and no third-party scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from this site. No request is made to advertising, analytics or social networks.
Contact form. The form runs entirely in your browser. It checks your message and saves it as a file on your device. Nothing you type is transmitted to us from this page.
Fit Quiz. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are compared with the course data already on the page and are not sent or stored anywhere.
Trial Pass checkout. Bookings are not open: the form checks your details and nothing is sent. When bookings open, your name, email, goal and payment details will be processed to deliver the Pass; the payment provider, the retention period and the legal basis will be stated here before launch.
Server logs. Like any website, the hosting infrastructure may record technical data of each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and operation. The public site is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not maintain a separate application database of visitors or enable application request logging. Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver and protect the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data in course cards

Course cards contain information published by course providers, including the names of instructors as shown on the provider's page. If you are named on a page and want a correction, use the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, and object to a processing. When you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to handle your request. Avoid sending identity documents, payment card details or other information that is not needed for your question. We keep correspondence only as needed to answer you and meet applicable obligations.
